I have been to 4 different Dentist/Orthodontics offices in my life that I remember. This one has super nice staff, and the wait times are way shorter than any other. I just got my braces off that I had for about 2 years, and every single appointment I didnt have to wait more than 10 minutes in the lobby, it was rare to wait more than 5 minutes. And once you're seated, they dont leave you waiting for a long time. Theyre constantly working to finish your appointment efficiently. I see no reason to give less than 5 stars.

The staff is incredibly helpful. I had to get braces for my 15 year-old daughter. She forgot how to put her bands on so I took her back. They were extremely helpful. Thank you for the hospitality the kindness and the extended help. It’s greatly appreciated to us as parents.

Westfall provided a wonderful experience for 2 of my daughters. We had been to another ortho office in Bristol with my oldest and it was terrible! We never actually saw the MD at that office, but at Westfall we saw him at every visit. Westfall’s staff were very attentive and patient with my daughter that has adhd and anxiety. The office is super clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. They have an office dog “Molly” that made this experience so much easier for my girls. The incentives they offer the kids really pushed my daughters to take care of their teeth. Way to go guys, you have perfected the orthodontic experience. Thank you for bringing this amazing service to Abingdon.

This place is the elite of the elite-est when it comes to braces. The atmosphere is modern, upbeat, and they’re always friendly and knowledgeable. Our experience has been nothing but amazing. Compared to my own experience having braces as a kid, this place is hands-down SO MUCH BETTER. If you’re on the fence, just go get a consult. You’ll immediately feel welcome and trust them. Disclaimer.. they are pricy, but you do get what you pay for.
